| | (ii) | Peniaga Borong Ikan di Premis Persendirian yang mempunyai BILIK SEJUK. | | | | Fish Wholesalers outside any Private Premise and who own COLD ROOM facilities. | | |

|
| | (iii) | Pemprosesan Ikan secara besar-besaran untuk kegunaan sendiri sahaja | | | | Large-scale Fish Processors who procure for their own processing activities only. | | |

| 2) | MENURUT KUASA-KUASA Lembaga di bawah Peraturan 6 (3), Peraturan-peraturan Pemasaran Ikan 1973 [PU(A)381/73] dengan ini menetapkan bahawa mana-mana lesen Eksport ikan yang dikeluarkan untuk tujuan mengeksport ikan ke Singapura adalah tertakluk kepada had-had dan syarat-syarat tambahan seperti berikut:- | | | Pursuant to the power of the Board as stated under Regulation 6(3), Fish Marketing Regulation 1973 [PU(A)381/73], any licence approved for the purpose of exporting fish to Singapore are subjected to additional conditions as follows:- | | |

| | (i) | Semua pengeksportan ikan ke Singapura hendaklah dilakukan di Pusat Pemeriksaan Ikan LKIM Kompleks Sultan Abu Bakar, Tanjung Kupang, Johor. | | | | All exports of fish to Singapore have to be done through LKIM's Sultan Abu Bakar Fish Inspection Complex, Tanjung Kupang, Johore | | |

| | (ii) | Setiap pengeksportan udang hidup dan basah hendaklah disertai dengan surat pengesahan bebas daripada formaldehyde dan asid boric dari Jabatan Perikanan Malaysia. | | | | Export of live and fresh prawns / shrimps must be accompanied by a written document from the Fisheries Department of Malaysia certifying that the products are free of formaldehyde and boric acid | | |

| | (iii) | Setiap pengeksportan udang sejukbeku dan udang yang telah diproses hendaklah disertai dengan sijil kesihatan daripada Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia. | | | | Export of frozen and processed prawns / shrimps must be accompanied by a health certificate issued by the Ministry of Health, Malaysia | | |

| | 3) | PERMOHONAN DARI AGEN PENGANGKUTAN ATAU AGEN FORWARDING UNTUK MENDAPATKAN LESEN IMPORT/EKSPORT IKAN TIDAK AKAN DIPERTIMBANGKAN. | | | | APPLICATION BY TRANSPORT OR FORWARDING AGENTS TO OBTAIN IMPORT/EXPORT LICENCE WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED | | |
